My work with hot glass draws on my interest in stained glass, jewelry design and gem stones, and patterned chaos in the natural world. My goal is to contribute to the jewelry designer's palette; I love the feeling of collaborative achievement I get when my beads are incorporated into finished jewelry pieces.

I've benefited tremendously from the whole amazing community of lampwork artists. What is happening now in the world of lampwork is exciting beyond words--so much incredible talent continually developing this art form, elaborating and innovating to create a great river of beauty and creative energy. What a thrill to be swept up in its currents!
